About an hours drive from where I live,on the south coast of Sweden,you´ll find this interesting place.Not far from the small town of Ystad,and if there´s any Wallander fans out there,you know where it is.

And when you´ve done the tour,you can go down in the small harbour,buy some freshly smoked fish,have a beer,and enjoy the sea!

Unfortunately I´ve never been here.I drove past once,and discovered years later my mistake,though I didn´t know about them at the time.Looks like a fabulous place to be.Maybe someone´s been there,and can chip in with more pics and stories.

Here's some rare scenic pics I took up in some mountains in Japan last October - most of the photos I took were of guitars or cars. The first pic was a garden right in the middle of Osaka.

On the way to Amsterdam from Japan, 37,000 feet over the Russian Far East .
I suppose Palo's down there somewhere

but I never want to be closer than this - it looks horrible!

This is a place I´ve been to on two occasions,with sun and blue skies both times,stunningly beautiful. If you´re lucky,you can see one of the gorgeous little fellows in the last pics. And when you stand facing the ocean,there´s nothing between yourself and the next landmark,which is America!
Pre world war 2,an estimated 4,5 million irish went to America,and from my country,Sweden around 1.5 million.
Seeing the vast ocean,I wonder how many turned around?
Pics from around the net,since my own are old and on paper only.
