It is sad to see fighting on the streets of London in this case Hackney, North Londin. Yet again due to a third black man dying in police custody and it was always on the cards that this would spill over into violence because that is what always happens after 'peaceful' protesting and the mindless thuggery that entails. Attacking the police doesn't solve anything and the family of the deceased don't want that kind of justice fir their dead son. This the sort of thing that the new Commissioner, Cressida Dick needs to tackle. The last thing we need is another Mark Duggan incident that lead to the countrywide riots of 2011, with the free-for-all looting that followed.

Now Swiss exportations and tourism are suffering from this.

Edit: Apart that, German prices are insanely cheap.
Even French people living near the German borders (Alsace) go to Germany to buy food.

I think what making this (form above) worse are the cheap income taxes (flat tax), the most Swiss Canton's are offering to the wealthy citizens and non citizens of Switzerland.
So the State -have to- increase the tax to the ordinary people to collect that money from the mass.
This is having a direct effect on the wages and as a further step prices.

The Swiss Franc is overvalued. Partly this is a reflection on the Eurozone and continuing problems with Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. It is also these problems which prevent a much sharper devaluation of UK sterling. Why prices would be so high when the CHF is so strong I do not know but it is not a new problem; Switzerland is an expensive country and always has been.

I've put on at least half a stone and developed a fine pert set of tits since I stopped smoking three months ago.

One of the important reason is, to save money because of non smoking.

Quote:
Quote of Mark Twain:
“Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world. I know because I've done it thousands of times.”
Me kept it up for about months too. But I didn't got richer during this time, but about 5 kg heavier.

Furthermore the cigarettes are my standing companion - it would be unfair to betray them because of my pure greed of money.

Because the money isn't flowing into the deep pockets of the industry but rather in the holey pockets of our state. Of that money I pay they are collecting for the cigarettes now about 80 .. 85 percent are flowing into it.

Actual I should try to smoke more, to support the country to decrease it's debts - even when I getting into debts. The country wouldn't - just for at the drop of the hat - increase their tobacco tax, if they wouldn't need that money badly.
On the other hand: how much I can save 'Oto' ? About 5 EURO a day. That sounds great, but reaches only for 1 box of cigarettes.

I have reflected intensively about this problem - the reflecting about isn't profitable, because I have smoked 1 box of cigarettes more while I was doing it.

Don't they have Lidl in Switzerland?

If prices are really so high with free movement then everyone surely would be on the buying imported goods from the EU on the black market, (not sure if it is even illegal to resell)?

Maybe the Swiss are so rich they don't bother?

The CHF is high because so many very wealthy 'individuals' have always invested there because of their perceived 'political neutrality' and 'convenient' banking laws.

That's what is happening depending the goods.

There were several scandals about non-Swiss people living in Switzerland and importing hundreds of kilo of French meat.

It was a huge debate in Switzerland. Why our laws must be more restrictive than British Islands like Caiman Island, Isle of Man or American Delaware or States like Andorra, Monaco, EU state like Luxemburg?

Honestly speaking, Anglo Saxon banks wanted to kill an opponent, but did not clean in front of their own door.
Not really really fairplay!

Smoking is bad. Save money to spend it in... blowjobs (4 boxes = 1 blowjob) or something else.

I do remember when 25 years ago, I get out of the Berlin railway station... all these people selling contraband cigarettes just outside the building. Very interesting.
