(1) This is my first time posting pics, not sure why my thumbnails are getting clipped off the top. ????

(2) I re-sized most of the pics from scans that were much larger, most were under 1 mbyte re-sized so I am not sure why the pics at ImageBam are so large. Sorry...again, suggestions welcome (I hate to shrink them to like 640X320 because you lose sharpness).

When uploading pics to ImageBam next time chose "scaled to 180x180 px" instead of "scaled+cropped to 150x150 px".

I don't think that ImageBam altered the size of the pics you uploaded. Just download one and compare the size with the original.

Ah Kimberly Taylor....knew her very well in the late 1980's/early-1990's....she did bachelor parties in the area and was very fun but without being 'dirty' or too raunchy.

I also got to drive her home one time when a ride for her never appeared. She was a nice girl, not the brightest bulb in the universe, but not an idiot either.

Kimberly knew Ginger Miller -- probably because Kimberly was POTM for Dec 1988 which was a month before Ginger's Jan 1989 POTY issue came out; I am sure they met while Ginger was shooting her layout at the Penthouse NYC mansion or upstate NY. I mentioned to Ginger that I knew Kimberly and she was doing bachelor parties, which is when Ginger let me know that she remembered Kimberly from a few years earlier (this was 1994) but apparently they lost touch in the years since both represented Penthouse.

Ginger then commented that she didn't know about doing bachelor parties -- meaning, would SHE do them -- because it seemed a bit too wild for her (she had turned down Howard Stern's 1994 New Years Eve Party PPV precisely because she feared it was too wild. Good perception on her part!

I told her I agreed with the bachelor party thinking, because Kimberly used to have someone accompany her while doing the parties, usually a girlfriend or another co-worker from the stripping service. Most of the parties I attended were with professional guys, so the chance of 'trouble' developing for the young ladies was very low (unlikely that one of the guys would get out of line and even if it happened, the others would stop it). However, I think problems got more noticeable locally or nationally and eventually I think Kimberly and other women were chaperoned by big beefy guys from the company while they did their routines. Like Ginger told me, you just never know when the line from 'wild' to 'trouble' occurs and with who.

Last I heard of Kimberly she was dating some local guy who ran/owned/was starting a pizzeria-restaurant on Long Island; I think Howard Stern featured it on his old WOR-Ch 9 TV show or E! nightly shows. Seemed Kimberly was having problems with the chinese restaurant next door or something. Anyway, if anybody from the NY-LI area remembers her and knows what she was up to post-1994, would love to hear an update. That's all I have.

Oh yeah, 1 more thing: I distinctly remember Kimberly being MUCH BETTER LOOKING in person than in her Penthouse layout !!

In fact, she looked both better AND different in person, and in a good way. I think the makeup and/or lighting in the layout made her look a bit 'hard.' After I found out who she was, I got a copy of the magazine and remembered saying at the time, "wow, she doesn't really look like this." Conversely, even without a professional makeup job and all the extras, you'd have no problem ID'ing Ginger Miller in person as the same girl from her Penthouse layouts.

Maybe if Guccione had photographed her for a POTY layout she would have looked closer to what she looked like in person. She could also be one of those girls who looks better without lots of makeup and preparation. Usually, you see a centerfold in person and you remark that they looked alot better and different in the magazine; sometimes, dramatically so (meaning you're disappointed seeing the woman in-person). With Kimberly, complete opposite....much more beautiful than her layout. Maybe just a bad makeup job or the photographer had an off day.
