A couple of years ago I bumped into an actress who regularly featured in The X Files: we got chatting and she was thoroughly engaging and had a great sense of humour. When I was in radio in North America back in the 70s and early 80s, I worked in a 50,000 watt powerhouse AM station (Windsor/Detroit) and when the Misfits (later the Go Go's) came to town, I struck up a relationship with one of them that lasted about a year.
Sadly, the life of an AM DJ was short one and hinged very much on the 'Artbitron Book.' As such, I kept getting politely asked to move on and she wasn't prepared to visit me in Chicago, Louisville, New York... Although I did do a stint in LA, so that part worked out well... |

During my clubbing days, Many minor celebs were to be bumped into in certain venues....
Little Mo from the then Brookside! She gave me a cuddle, Lovely Lady... Nothing untoward of course, Does that count? Went to Capri on an excursion jolliday to see Sophia Loren's house, Stood at her gate hoping to see her hanging out her smalls just as in the movie's as she does "did"!
