In numerous TV shows aimed at adults containing a fairly graphic sexual sequence, this is often followed by one of the participants doing a brief bit of dialogue, getting out of bed, pulling on all their clothes and rushing off to work, back home or wherever. Why does nobody in these situations ever feel the need to visit the bathroom before leaving?
