I'm with loosegoose. In fact I think you are all mad! but entitled to your opinion.

However anything by AC/DC qualifies for me, just screaming.

Try the more considered version on the 'Tracks' compilation. Shorn of the bombast, much better for it.

Born in The USA is my least favourite Bruce album. Excellent songs (with the dishonourable exception of the dismal Dancing In The Dark) but spoilt by the dated 80's production.

IMHO, what a lot of posters are reacting to is not the song, but the tendency of radio to play a song to death until you're sick of it. That's not the fault of the band.

I have a lot of Led Zep on my iPod...but not "Stairway to Heaven". I used to love it, but I've heard it a gazillion times. No thanks.

Ditto for The Who. "Substitute" ..."Bargain"..."Behind Blue Eyes"...but not "Won't Get Fooled Again" Sick of it and don't care if I ever hear it again.

"Tom Sawyer" by Rush. In fact Rush should be forever banished from any playlist.

I used to work at the college's radio station back in the day. People would call non-stop for Desperado. Love the Eagles, can't stand that song. I just got sick of hearing it over and over and over and....

Anything Led Zepplin, can't stand it. I don't think much of Robert Plant. I definitely don't think as much of Robert Plant as Robert Plant thinks of Robert Plant. He has to be the most overrated singer in rock history.

John Cougar Mellencamp, can't stand him either, don't know why, just can't.

ZZ Top and Aerosmith, can't stand either of those bands anymore. I used to like them when I was younger. Now, their songs sound juvenile to me. Like they were written by horny 15 year olds for other horny 15 year olds. I guess I just outgrew them.

Living on a Prayer Bon Jovi

Liked it when it first came out , but now after 30 years of being bombarded with it .. stop already . The intro now sounds like ...money money money money ..

Music as any other media is subjective, not everyone will agree on what's bad.
I don't agree with a number of the songs mentioned but that's ok everyone has their own thoughts and opinions on certain songs and bands.

I love almost all rock music but I have to say I never got into Led Zeppelin and Stairway to Heaven is a classic example of over-familiarity breeding contempt, if I'd just have heard it a few times I could maybe live with it but it's every bloody where. The Doors and The Rolling Stones are also on my not in my hearing range list too, deal with it

I do like a few of the songs listed here but I appreciate it's a matter of individual taste.
