In these 3 example images the mole at the upper lip is clearly visible ( last image mirrored) , in the original pictorial of 1992 the mole was "rubbed", probably by airbrushing, or other photo-editing ? ( see top image in "quoted quote") .

So josie is Inez IMHO.

compare the face lines and notice the same irregularities of her upper and lower jaw teeth, not easy to see, but identical... and yes the mole in her face has disappeared ( by surgery?, also on boobs ?, later on in other hustler pictorials even bigger boobs )
