I really don't think it's Bianchi, but I can see why some might believe that. Here's the cover. Wouldn't they note they had nudes of a Bond Girl - who otherwise didn't do nudity - if it was Bianchi?

Her name (one of many?) is given as Ginger in the latter. I found these via PimEyes. The rest of the results from that search reveal she was somewhat prolific and perhaps an actress of some sort (probably not a Bond girl). Here is a small selection of those blurry images.
