Help- how to make multiple image screenshots?
Hi,
I am trying to post a film in Classic Movies, and I can't figure out how to make the screen shot with all the little images from the movie. I am not sure what to look up for it in google. Here is a photo of what I am trying to make. Any links or websites that will help me make one would be very helpful. |

"save thumbnails". Easy as that. There's also a standalone program called appropriately enough......"Video Thumbnail Maker", made by Scorp. The "screenshot with little images", that you are referring to, is called thumbnails. |

best free media players
I use Pot Player but have Media player classic as my backup VLC for screenshots or as they call it snapshots MPC is easier POT on the other hand offers you options x100 Theres a bit of educating yourself involved but its not difficult https://www.techsupportalert.com/bes...eplacement.htm If you wish to delve further I recommend these as people who ask similar question always end up on these https://www.videohelp.com/ http://www.tomshardware.com/ |

Or if you use SMplayer, click on Video>thumbnail generator.

As big bob says, Media player classic is good.
Load and play the movie. Hit Stop. File/save thumbnails. Some handy settings I find work ok for most instances: jpeg quality 90% Layout rows 8 image width in pixels 1024 Columns 4 This will give a total of 32 images in the screenshot. For more detail eg. in a long movie, just increase the layout rows number. Hit Save. You can also save individual scenes as a single snapshot. Hit stop, and drag the slider bar to the scene.
