Hi!
This is claimed to be Joan Blondell, photographed someday in the 1950s:

aka Peg

We can clearly see that 1950s is correct. Maybe late 1940s. I'd say between 1948 and 1958.
But no way this is Joan Blondell, Joan was in her 40s then and this on the pictures woman looks more like twentysomething.

Who is she?

I kept silent as I expected she already has her own thread on VEF, given her excellent figure and perfect breasts (just as Sue Snow).
She's one of my all-time favorite vintage models. Found her at least 3 years ago on another vintage forum (I understand linking is against the rules?) where she was listed for years as Unknown005.

Usually mistaken for Joan Blondell, most popular pic was this one:

Because some publications nicknamed her Dagmar, she was mistaken for Virginia Ruth Egnor (Dagmar) from 1950s TV.

Currently they list her as "Peg - 1950's".

This is all I snatched before they made their galleries off-limits to non-members (read: they have more). Credits to original scanners/finders/identifiers.

Not only there's more at that vintage forum (shame on me I didn't download more), but there still must be a few pictures hidden at VEF as well, because she's unknown.

I even made a boobpedia entry for her, in order to help people stop constantly mistaking her for Blondell (who was hot on her own and wasn't shy):

I suggest making this a permanent thread of hers, changing the title a bit and moving it to a more appropriate section.

I can't believe nobody can find anything about her, given that she had at least a few photoshots for nude magazines.

Here's what was available at myarchives.net gallery. That website is now defunct?

This is a dump of the rest of their pics up to 2010, before they renamed her (read my previous post).

Unfortunately they're not in original resolution, those are only medium previews as saved by archive.org - I doubt I could get originals, already I had to use a trick to get them one by one... provided as is (with original filenames).
I wish I had saved them few years ago...

Thanks go to original scanners and uploaders.

The resemblance is very high, but its not the same person. Just have a look at her hairline and her forehead. You are not the first with that mistake. As anotherl33cher has posted here, thas was commonly mismatch back in the 1950s.
