As it happens, I had already found replacements for the missing two here - LINK - although the images used differ from your two.

Much better still, however, I found another website - LINK - where one can view the original Alberto Vargas and IMHO, superior, Gil Elvgren playing card sets.

The LINK to the Elvgren playing card gallery on the site itself is broken but it's still there IYKWIM.

I made a great discovery on Flickr.

I found the personal page of Stuart Rae, the son of the late Janet Rae who modelled for about 75 of Gil Elvgren's paintings.

He has both lots of HQ scans of Elvgren originals and also, and these will soon be deleted from Flickr when his book comes out, the photos that Gil Elvgren used as references for his paintings, featuring Janet Rae.

I found some 1950 era advertising postcards. About 60% of the card was advertising so I have cropped only the images. Some are clearly Gil Elvgrens work. Enjoy.

Just finishing my calendar for this year having received my new one for next year so thought I would scan in my old ones.
Gil Elvgren certainly was the king of capturing the erotic image.
