What makes you say possible playmate, mc9car?

Obviously, you could be quite right, but to me she looks more like a '90s softcore girl from the pages of MO, CI, Mayfair etc (pretty, petite, tight figure, small and natural boobs - possibly East European, or even British).

Can't help with the ID but the Karen set is from Mayfair 28-05 (1993) as posted here and the Patty one is from Newlook French edition no.113 (Dec 1992) found here.
