Looks like rapidshare changed their policy again.
 Now there's public traffic, group traffic (for invited friends) and self traffic (downloading your own files) limited to 1GB. Yes, as a free user you can't even download your own files anymore, if your above 1GB traffic. You have to upgrade to rapidshare pro to dl your own files. I do not know if the 1GB limit for group traffic is affected with a rs pro account...
