I'm the lady in my life lol. But for the opposite I have no man in my life. So I'm coping well enough

I was to have that night out tonight, but

I fucked up

About every 3 months or so at the end of roster my workmates and I will finish the last morning and go for what we call early openers for a breakfast and a few beers.

Had that the other morning, only this time we went to to casino, my weakness

we knew we were going the so we all to speed things up a bit showered ( not together

) and got changed at work. We went, had brekkie .... then my weakness got the better of me , roulette and poker

I didn't get home till after 2 PM, missus went nuts because I forgot

we were to go to her sisters place for lunch, she was phoning me but I left my company phone at work and private phone was here at home, I don't take that one to work.

She didn't speak to me the rest of Wednesday

she was still pissed yesterday but not as bad as the day before. Today I thought I better make a few phone calls to cancel tonight as I didn't want to push my luck

Bottom line, when they're pissed off, let em' be

Women

they're all the same and all different when it suits them

This is the big thing for me: don't feel as thought you have to do everything together. We've been "an item" for nearly 40 years, living together for 35, married for nearly two. I had a big barney Wednesday night with my missus. I came in about 8:00pm after a really bad day and dinner wasn't ready so I threw a major case of the petulants. I feel ashamed of myself and don't blame her for only thawing out now.
This though was the exception to the rule and in my defence....such as it is your honours...it was a really really shit day.
Normally I'm more on the same page as messieurs Brown and Hombre.
