Just a bit of additional info worth to be added to the table in post #1 in my opinion: imagevenue.com does keep genuine file names, adding prefixes/suffixes though.

imgbb.com perform that task as well (please see my signature why that may be important) but they offer only square thumbs and not the option to create galleries for easy browsing & downloading. And uploading using a proxy server resulted (after upload was completed) instead of receiving download codes/links in: "Request denied".

200px is confirmed here by Sam Spade, but you can adjust the thumbs down to 150px.

For better comparability I would propose to incorporate ImageBam (IB) & ImgBox in the table provided in
post #1. The table can be extended by using abbreviations (P&H for pimpandhost, IV for Imagevenue, etc.). I took the liberty of changing the order a little bit.

@ Moderators: May I suggest to preserve this (valuable IMHO) thread even if the Imagebam/Imgbox sub-forum might have become obsolete sooner or later? Maybe move it to a more appropriate forum?

Thanks Al Gebra, for the valuable input.

I will add ibam/ibox to the table using the changed order.
I will divide the table into two parts:

Most used/ most relevant hosts, which seems to match with all/most requirements of VEF.

imagebam
imgbox
imagevenue
pixhost
pimpandhost


Not so relevant hosts, which seems to miss some of the requirements (e.g. gallery view) of VEF.

hotflick
pixxxels
imgbb
