yeah its AI, you can usually tell from the hands/fingers, multiple bellybuttons, shape of tits, etc

it works ok, but does smooth out a lot of detail, giving skin a very airbrushed look.
Luckily for us it also adds 'upscayl' + the various parameters used onto the filename, which makes it easy to spot, unless the file's been renamed, obviously.

adding this as it came up in an ID today - you can see the upscayl info on the imgbox image
