I had similar issues about 24 hours ago: some images only loading half and some not loading at all. I've waited a couple of hours and re-uploaded the images. The images work as expected since.

I'm curious as to how Imgbox figures out which photos to load and which ones to hide...

I've got so many galleries that look like that right now and it's really got me stressed. I think I'd feel better if they weren't working at all, because then it would be like they're working on it and it will be fixed later, but if they're still half-busted I feel like they're going to stay that way. Especially with new uploads working fine. It's like they've done all they're going to do.

Then again, I don't know how any of this stuff works so I could be completely wrong.

It might be interesting to note the image size, and see if that relates to the ones not loading..
In ole in times, image size as well as image type,
had a lot to do with the display and download speed..

I've had about 60% no-shows tonight and it started for me last night as well

It appears that in many threads, the latest pages take a HUGE amount of time to load the thumbnails. While this is happening, pretty much any browser I use locks up, although if I wait long enough, it eventually completes. It's not my PC or my connection (1Gb). Anyone else having this issue?

Yes. It makes moderating the forum very difficult at the moment.
Imgbox and Imagebam are the main culprits for me.
Lots of thumbnails don't show, even though the image is there.

Imagebam may be in the process of moving servers?

I'm having the exact same problem(s) as described in the last few posts, but in my case it is with ImageVenue. And it's not due to age. Some of the pics that only load half-way or not at all were only uploaded in the past year. This only started about a day ago...
OMG...this is frustrating...while I am trying to post this reply, VEF is giving me the old 502...

for me Imagebam, Imagevenue and Imgbox all have the same problem - about one third of the pics uploaded aren't there. As I understand it these sites are all under the same ownership.

So it's Pixhost only for me until this is resolved. Are there any other alternatives that don't require registering with the site?

Same thing for me yesterday, thumbnails would only half load and this morning I tried to post a video in the Naked News thread, but the thumbnail would not appear at all...
