Have a couple of questions regarding the model ID part of the forum.
Just out of interest because I didn't know and was curious. 1. When a ID is solved, does the thread starter then change the title of the thread with the term [Solved] themselves. 2. What are those individual letters after the word [Solved] such as "TNC" "NNM" "NTF" "MTT"and what do they mean, how would a thread starter know what letters to add if it is required for a thread starter to manually change the title of their own ID thread. Just curious, as there wasn't any mention in the part of the forum which answers my questions. Thanks.

1. Members cannot change the title of a thread i.e. the first post. So the thread title is changed by the mod who also makes the final solve decision. 2. See here. These are most of them although new ones seem to float to the surface occasionally. I think I've seen SNM a few times recently.

A user can edit their own thread title until there's a reply, then it's only mods can change the title. (think you need to use the Go Advanced box to do it)
SNM is Some New Material, only really gets used if OP has posted a lot of pics

Scott & Jazz that's very useful information. Brilliant. Thanks.
I especially like the provided link to read what the codes mean. Appreciated that Scott. Cheers.

This 2011 MB post remains outstanding . . .
+ link removed, fixed issue . . . but it (or another similar request in 2018) appears to have been solved as Christine Ferguson http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/sho...00#post4668500 Last edited by Jazz67; May 21st, 2024 at 06:03 PM.. Reason: + |
