The kids come from wealthy families.
I am sure since school grade K and all the way to 12, they were sent to the best schools. Their parents shouldn't have to bribe anyone for these kids to be admitted into the best colleges. If they have applied themselves from grade school to high school, they will make good scores on the SAT and have the SAT scores and their high school activities and ranking enough to get them into the finest college. Now since they couldn't get into the finest colleges without their parents bribing someone, it meant they had shitty grades from grade 1-12. So if the kids got into colleges because of bribes, will they be allowed to continue their education? I think they should be kicked out. If some of them have already earned a degree, should that degree be invalidated? Well, whose fault is that? It's not just the kids' fault! It's also their parents! For not paying attention to how well their kids are doing in school and for not catching it early enough to establish discipline and a school work regiment. So if the kids got into colleges because of bribes, will they be allowed to continue their education? I think they should be kicked out. Looks like this is just the tip of the iceberg, it goes much bigger than 50 people charged.
https://www.cnn.com/2019/03/12/opini...rry/index.html https://www.cnn.com/2019/03/13/us/wh...dal/index.html Money Talks, Bullshit Walks! That's how the world works nowadays. Your worth as a human being is judged by how much money you have. If you have less money than the other guy, that makes you a lesser class citizen. I do admit that Loughlin does have two cute daughters. |

That being said, I would never: Hire someone to take the SAT for my child. Bribe someone to change my child's SAT score. Pay a bribe to school to get them admitted This comes from the same well where parents do their child's homework for them. (I know of a few of these types). In that case they'll never learn how to do the work on their own, and fail at a time in their life when they really cannot afford to do so.

Maybe in the USA it could happen - you tell me ? Here, even if you bribed your way in you'd still have to pass the exams.

I just happened to be listening to a sports talk radio station when this story broke. In fact that station is where I first heard of it. There's an old college/NFL football coach on that show. He said that the NCAA gives each university X number of academic waivers for athletes each year. Basically, it's a "legalized" way for them to get football players on the team who can't read or write past the 5th grade level.
He then went on to say that it's also how rich alumni, or anyone else with money, gets their kids into schools they otherwise would never qualify for...and that each non-revenue sport is given a quota of how many they have to take. Like 2 on the swimming team, 1 on the gymnastics team, etc etc. If you read through some of those articles, you'll notice the coaches of some of the non-revenue sports are ones involved in this. That coach I mentioned hasn't coached in college since the late 80's. If he know about it, then it's been going on for at least that long, if not longer. |

From the YouTube I posted on the previous page of Lori Loughlin's daughter, she just seems like the typical girls of their generation today:
dumb, stuck on social media and more interested in how many likes and upvote she receives there, shallow, spoiled, doesn't care one bit about her future. If she was my daughter, I don't know if I would had spend $500,000 in bribe to get her and her sister into a fine college. and after she gets in, she still has to maintain good grades or she will be put on probation and suspension. |

I didn't know Felicity is married to William H. Macy.
He is one of my favorite actor. A great actor and a very under-rated and often over-looked actor. |

Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia was onboard the yacht belonging to the USC Board of Trustees Chairman when news of this college admission scandal broke?
MMMMMMM... what would she be doing on there? Polishing the brass rails? No, that's not it. Let me think.... It's so fucking obvious what she was doing on there! She was fucking the Chairman who is 60 years old and who also happens to be a BILLIONAIRE worth $4 billion. Why else would she be on that yacht??? Code:
