Maybe. Wouldn't be the first instance of invented "sister", etc. models. Not all twins are identical, though.

The magazines have proven to be an unreliable source with regard to the photo credits since we've seen so much contradictory evidence. Specifically the surname Guest is suspicious since it has an obvious meaning. It could be another generic catch-all name like we've seen used in other magazines. This is why it's so important to track down photos and bios of these glamour photographers.
