Matthew Falder Britain's biggest online nonce convicted and sentenced to 32 years

For the sake of foreign readers that means he'll be out in 8 years .

Still it's 8 years of licking toilet seats for Matty like he forced his online victims to do .

Meanwhile away from minor ailments

KFC has closed more than half of its 900 UK outlets after delivery problems meant they ran out of chicken.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-43110910

"Last week, the fried chicken chain switched its delivery contract to DHL, which blamed "operational issues" for the supply disruption."

With a bit of luck he could end up spending time in the Severe Personality Disorders Unit at HMP Frankland, County Durham, where they pour jugs of fully heated cooking oil over your head now and again to stop you getting bored.

It is good to know that the British prison system isn't totally ineffectual.

Exclamation Law of rule

Turkey’s constitutional court has been rendered irrelevant

A lower court ignores a higher one that ordered a journalist freed, and President Erdogan applauds

ELVAN ALPAY’S heart leapt at the news. It was January 11th, and Turkey’s constitutional court had just ordered the release of Mrs Alpay’s father Sahin, as well as another writer, from pre-trial detention. One of over 100 journalists locked up in Turkey, Mr Alpay had been arrested on farcical terrorism charges in the summer of 2016, a couple of weeks after a violent, unsuccessful coup. He is 73 years old and faces a triple life sentence.

Accompanied by her mother and a few friends, Mrs Alpay drove to the prison where her father had been held, to greet him in person. She never got the chance. As she waited by the prison gates, word came that a lower court had rejected the high court’s verdict, and Mr Alpay would remain behind bars. The move had no legal precedent, or indeed basis. What it did have was the endorsement of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his government. Without a trace of irony, the deputy prime minister accused the constitutional court of flouting the constitution. Mrs Alpay says she was crushed, but not wholly surprised. “When things don’t make sense from the beginning,” she says, “you no longer feel shocked when you should.”

With Turkey’s judiciary depleted and intimidated by waves of purges orchestrated by Mr Erdogan’s government, such Kafkaesque outcomes are increasingly common. In another recent case, the head of the local chapter of Amnesty International, a human-rights group, who has spent the past eight months in prison, was set free by one court, only for another to rearrest him hours later. The same happened to a group of 19 imprisoned journalists last spring. (The judges responsible for their release were overruled, and placed under investigation themselves.)

Report: Hitting Trump with counter-Tariffs

First the US had threatened punitive tariffs on steel imports, now the EU could strike back. According to a "FAZ" report, she is considering levying charges on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and whiskey.

According to a newspaper report, the European Union is preparing for a possible trade war with the United States. If the planned import restrictions on steel and aluminium also affect European companies, the EU could react within a few days with counter-tariffs on important American products, reports the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung".

Objective: To hit Trump supporters
The focus would therefore be on agricultural export products, including potatoes and tomatoes. But Europeans also want to see US President Donald Trump's government counter products that are economically attractive to the constituencies of supporters of the president. These include motorcycles because the manufacturer Harley-Davidson is located in Wisconsin, from which the Republican Speaker of the House Paul Ryan comes.
The fact that the EU responds to tariffs in the steel sector with retaliatory tariffs in completely different economic fields is compatible with the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Proposal of the US Department of Commerce
US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross had spoken out in a Washington report Trump for a reduction of steel and aluminium imports into the United States. As one of several options, he suggested imposing import quotas on all importing countries. Alternatively, he recommended a general tariff of at least 24 percent on steel imports from all countries and a flat rate of at least 7.7 percent on aluminium imports. According to a law, the President may impose import restrictions if this is for national security.
Because of global overcapacity has been smoldering for years, a dispute over tariffs for steel and aluminium between the US, the EU and China. About half of the world's steel is produced in China.

My Comment:

Oh man, that story is a deep pass for any Late Night Shows !!!

Oh YES, that would force the American government into it's knees, if we would rise the tariffs for 'Jack Daniels' or 'Harley Davidson'. “The Toupee” will be highly impressed, I'm very sure. :head-shaking:.

'Jack Daniels', a wallop, facing any ordinary Scottish- or Irish single malt one could only use this stuff to slather the feet. I think that's really a creatively penalty for the US, if they have to drink those whiskies themselves.

And the 'Harley Davidson', a moped with an extraordinary bad quality therefore with “quite intelligible” registration numbers (polite phrased) in Europe and for a mostly latish pubescent wannabe customers clientèle .

I was utterly amazed, that Europe imports tomatoes and potatoes from the US. I suppose, those tomatoes are in bottles and the potatoes are in frozen slices.

Maybe a manufacturer making more sense: 'APPLE' !. But wait, wait, wait: that's manufactured in China.

I fear, it will end at least at Lookheed, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King and McDonalds. Not forgetting Star Bucks.

Default Inventions, the World doesn't Need !

Inventions, the world doesn't need !

The company of Monsanto (who else !) grew an new onion sort, a so called "tear free" sort. They cut the gene, producing the molecule Propanthial-S-oxid which is working a bit like a natural irritant gas.

They said it's tasting a bit sweeter than normal onions and when cutting it it's free of tears.
First test marked is the US.

Who needs this gene-manipulated shit !!!
