Now for every photo there is this comment below the photo that says "this photo may be subject to copyright". I can still click on the photo, but it is not as large as it used to be. This is all because of that privacy nonsense that is making havoc of everything in America!
It's not Firefox, its an unholy alliance between Getty and Google

No, it's a new Google policy, there are other search engines like Duckduckgo
etc, which still work as before, and may be easier to use, for your purposes.

Using chrome - Google images in the last day or 2 changed view image to save image
Chrome wasnt updated

left hand side pane with larger thumb saves as full image
- right click save as or open in new tab without enlarging

ps

Saved when used offers view saved

Which shows you saved images on google

Avoid right pane unless you want to visit the site
Another thing that happened is that when I right click on a photo I no longer have that option that says "Let Google look for this image" Was this removed also because of the change with Google Images?

Google released an update last January about this "Let Google search for this image". It is now called "Google Reverse Image Search". I never got it because I can't get Google Chrome anymore because they won't support Windows Vista which I have. Because of this when I right clicked using my mouse the older version was no longer there and I forgot how I got it in the first place. Yesterday I sent a PM to palo 5 and he sent the info back to me. So I now have the new version and it works exactly as the other version did. It was just an "add on" for Firefox. Thanks palo5.

The Search by Image button is also being removed. Reverse image search *still works* through the way most people use it, from the search bar of Google Images.

It’s part of its settlement with Getty Images.

In a tweet, Google said today that the changes "are designed to strike a balance between serving user needs and publisher concerns, both stakeholders we value."
