Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lynne studied Drama while in high school.. Began working as a model at the age of 17. Five years later, she would begin performing on the Burlesque stage. An interesting sidenote — Lynne was also a steady date of actor James Dean thru the early 50’s, before he had a film career. They remained friends, after he had found success in Hollywood.
