Sarah comes home from school - she is in a foul mood because she has been spanked by her headmistress. She complains to her older sister (Heather) who says she will confront Miss Brown.

But upon reaching her office, she is reprimanded by Miss Brown for having the temerity to question her disciplining of the girls under her charge, and in a flashback, Heather is reminded of the days when she attended the school, and we see her spanked, caned and paddled in her school uniform.

Finally, she must stand up and cry in pain as her old teacher paddles and canes her once more in her office.
