Why am I told I don't have permission to view page?

Why am I getting the message that I don't have permission to view a page I've been accessing and which I've been subscribed to for years?

Why do I get that message at all? How do I get permission? What's it mean? I didn't know there were any special permissions...

It may well be that the page in question has been deleted - the standard error message in that case is highly misleading.

It probably is a link to a post that is removed or deleted.
Can you post a link, were you get the message?

When we see the link, we can see what happend & also why you get the message.

I sometimes get that. I just log out and log in again, that usually sorts it out.
