A Territory is considered a part of the USA those born in them are considered US citizens. See Puerto Rico.

George Armstrong Custer once sent the 7th Cavalry's regimental orchestra on ahead to set up on a hillside,So that He could ride past to martial music.

Medicinal Compound, or 'Lily the pink', was a hit for the Liverpool group The Scaffold, amongst it's members was Mike McGeer ( real name: Peter McCartney, brother of Sir Paul McCartney!).

Custer also went home to face the marital music too!

In 1867, when he was a Lt. Col, he left his post and went off to see his wife - AWOL. He was found guilty by a court and, though some wanted to dismiss him, he was suspended for a year. Some sources also say that he was demoted, but I haven't found any evidence for this.
He was back on duty in 1868.

Looking to get away from it all ? You could do worse than Point Nemo,At s48:52:31.748 w123:23:33.069, it is the Oceanic Pole of Inaccessibility the point in the ocean furthest from land.Since it is not on usual shipping routes,Often the nearest Human being is in orbit above it.H P Lovecraft used it as the location of R'Lyeh,Where "Dead Cthulhu waits dreaming"

Re Lily the Pink-she was a real person.

lily the pink
Lydia Estes Pinkham was an iconic concocter and shrewd marketer of a commercially successful herbal-alcoholic "women's tonic" meant to relieve menstrual and menopausal pains.

The slightly balding one is John Gorman who went on to children's anarachic Saturday morning show, 'TISWAS' ; the one with glasses is Roger McGough who wrote poetry and childrens' stories.

Out of interest, if you were born in Panama like Senator McCain, could you get passports from both countries?

It depends on the country you are in.Like I know Germany did that.As a mater of fact my BIL's second child was born there & to this day she is considered a German citizen, even if she was born there by a US serviceman. At least that was true in 1972,when she was born in Germany. Here if a forign national gives birth in the USA,the child is a citizen too.Sometimes they are termed "Anchor Babies".By that reasoning why could one not get a passport from the country of birth?

Again we'll have to look at the laws in Panama at the time of McCains birth?
