Some women get implants for the same reason others get (shudder) reductions.
Women's clothes are tailored for a full bustline.
Not necessarily a BIG bustline, but something up top.
And when you get implants I think some think "well I am having it done, might as well go a cup bigger." A friend had a J cup, which she hid very well. She wanted an A, but the surgeon talked her into a C - which she is now very very happy with. (Me, it broke my heart...)

I agree with billy - some do look wonderful but in porn pics there's not much worse than seeing her 'scars' from the upshot position.

Another method is to make the incision at the edge of the lower part of the areola. The scar is less noticeable, but still visible. There is also a new method where the incision is made in the arm pit and the implant is fed in from there. Don't know if it is general use yet.
I once got my hands on a humungous pair and there was little pleasure in it compared to a real set. The skin was stretched to the limit and they felt almost solid. I also met a girl with the smaller fakes using the under the breast method. Didn't look very attractive with the scars. She had a little diamond (probably also fake) at one end of one of the scars. Never asked her why, maybe to make a feature of the scar. Those felt better than the huge ones, but still nothing like the real thing.
With all of the photoshop-ing which occurs in popular publications, I wonder if girls who go under the knife are aware that they will be scarred fo life.
Real tits are more interesting. When you look at photosets of 'real' girls the breasts take on a different shape with each pose. Fakes don't move and always look the same. Variety is the spice of life.
I would never choose a woman on breast size alone. I've gone out with girls with B cups and girls with much larger tits and loved all of them.
