In terms of mag. names, I think we've got (open to additions/corrections):

2-part:

Rosie 211, 1987-06 as Mathilde Weverink

singletons:

Blue Climax 20 as Nora or Sandra?
Whitehouse 76 as Gwen with Ulla
Whitehouse 77 as Gwen with Julie
Whitehouse All Colour Digest 11 as Lynda
Whitehouse All Colour Digest 58 as Domino, Zeta Ross
Mary Millington's World Striptease Extravaganza as Katrina

Unnamed(?):

Groupies no.18, 1992
Sullivan or Rustler?
Whitehouse 122 as unnamed with Zeta Ross
Whitehouse All Colour Digest 10 - High jinks in the hayloft
Whitehouse All Colour Digest 11 - What really goes on in a private sex shop
Whitehouse All Colour Digest - Hen party whores - I haven't tracked down the issue?

Both Lynda & Domino names only occur once, whereas Gwen is twice. For singletons like CC names I think it's better to have something that's recurring and just twice seems still a little slender, evidence-wise? [edit: slender when there's several other instances of different names, that is.]

It would seem a pity to box her, but are we happy with a PMT?

We might look askance at Mathilde Weverink as an id/name, but it is the first two-part name to turn up. /shrug/
