I know someone whose collection of old vhs videos & dvds(buying 30 at a time will do that to you) got so large he ended up buying seperate storage space.Given todays technology a couple of 1TB hard drives which take up no space what so ever could house the above equivalent with no effort.I'd imagine anyone who collects magazines might well find their running out of room after 25/30 years of collecting

I avoided most of the storage pitfalls by donating my collected porn at regular intervals to religious charity bins...I'm just caring & sharing guy who wanted to show them the light

As to the poll I think it really depends what you use it for

For a forum like this if you wanted to share for years to come and fill requests a 100s of hard disks/garage full would be the minimum

If you simply want to 'get off',100s of MBs should do it if you've been wise and cut out all the crap(see fast forward through scenes) & picked out your keeper scenes and put them together

Personally i think unless you have a system in place which makes retrieval easy 100s of Gbs and above of porn could be soul destroying.Its akin to wading through all the dross posted on streaming video sites.The more you have to wade through the more you get desensitized and what once brought an adrenalin rush and excitement suddenly has become a chore
