Sophie has a rare leading role in Vierges et débauchées / Heisse Zungen (1980)

The German version is hardcore, whereas the French one is softcore

There are only two other movies that I'm aware of where Sophie is more than a supporting actress with very limited screen time

The first one is Goûts pervers aka Force-moi, j'adore ça aka Baby Love [etc.] (~1980) but according to EGAFD that seems to be a compilation film
