What is the minimum download speed, or is that a Mods only secret too?
As for ease of use, define that please.
It's very easy to download from FileFactory, especially if you use JDownloader or an equivalent download manager.
It's never been clear why Uploaded.net isn't a preferred host.
The download speed is 50KB/s (unregistered) 70KB/s (registered) officially but I can get up to 120KB/s depending on the time of day.
It's very stable, reliable, has lots of users so presumably is financially okay.

By their own rules their not exactly running smoothly
Payment within 15 days of end of last month and their 3-6 months behind going by the running commentary on wjunction which says they started down this path around August 2016
Sounds like to much bandwidth is being used which would mean they have too many link dumpers using them or the size & volume of the files at the HQ end has caught them out.
When will hosts learn you do not pay cash rewards to the free users unless you have enough premium users to underpin the scheme
FF should know better given the 2012 debacle when the link dumpers descended on them by the millions (4 to 5mil from memory)
Other rewards hosts get it because you have to be pay to get a reward with them
They should either amend their rewards scheme so free users get free upgrades and no cash or make payments every 3-6 months - either way should see those spraying links around to anywhere they can find go elsewhere.
Having said that the real question
Who else is going to be any better for the preferred list?
From what i can see about more than a few hosts have plenty of scope in their TOS to remove content enmass or block users from accounts if they so choose
Depositfiles the most recent rewards host to add that type of 1,2,3, goodbye into their TOS
