I thought it would be impossible to come up with new material from Karen. Then, while archiving my scan collection, I discovered several scans I didn't post. Previously posted was the French version of the layout, here is the US one, plus some goodies from the PM review and the Calendar PMs special.

The magazines were not in terrific shape, and I didn't have the time to fix the defects.
