Your mystery track is "Mighty Atom" by Steve Gray from the 1975 album "Rock Spectrum" (KPM Records - 1163).

A lot of the music featured in CC loops from the 70s is sourced from the KPM label which was also a source for mainstream TV shows (primarily UK) including The Sweeney. The session musicians and band leaders recorded for other library music labels such as Chappell, Bruton and De Wolfe.
