I do not rely only on GWX Control Panel.

That plus the 'DisableOSUpgrade' mention in my Registry.

And of course I manually check what are the upgrades one by one.

My download options are that I must decide myself.

For the moment I can't see what's more I could do (except having another OS but that is an option I must exclude).
