I am not very familiar with Jenny Fields, but believe that brudor is correct.

Found a 1 hour & 25 minute streaming version of a video called "Lil' Women Sorority Rush" that included the "mystery"scene; beginning around minute 24. Here are some screen-caps:

I believe that what I have found is "Teeny Internat"; scene #3 of which features Jenny and Thomas Fritz. It is also known as "Lil' Women 15: Sorority Rush" in the USA.
