Thanks to the kindness of a couple of posters to the thread linked to above there are additional pictures and whether or not that dildo is actually shoved into Mike Horner's butt or not, the lady wearing the mask is in fact Lisa DeLeeuw. The pictures are rare and erotic. According to IAFD there are 5 movies where Lisa DeLeuw and Mike Horner share a scene together. The movies were all produced by Caballero Home Video. The titles are "Center Spread Girls" which was made in 1982, "Every Which Way She Can" which was made in 1982, "Girl From S.E.X." which was made in 1982, "Skintight" which was made in 1981, and "Sorority Sweethearts" which was made in 1982. I don't know if one of these movies or another one holds this scene or not. It could very well be limited to a magazine spread.
With some additional research the pictures seem to be from a pictorial for the movie "The Girl From S.E.X." Lisa DeLeeuw and Mike Horner are in the last scene of the movie according to IAFD. I will continue to do more research to try to find out additional details.
I got to see "Girl From S.E.X." and there is a scene with Lisa DeLeeuw using the strap-on dildo. It is implied dildo treatment, and Mike Horner lets out a yell as the dildo supposedly goes up his butt and they cut to a scene at a wharehouse. So the pictures in the magazine spread have more details and fantasy then the actual scene unless there is lost or cut footage for this scene.
