I returned in half an hour and again the strange file, and so it was changing from one to another for several hours. But since then it has not happened again.
I don't understand what encoding you are referring to, since I don't codify anything ... and I don't use special alphanumeric characters, just a random numbering.

this same thing happened to a file someone uploaded for me the other day to their paid filefactory account, all sorts of weird symbols appeared in the file name for a few hours and then normal. I can guarantee you it was nothing he had done as he would admit he knows enough to upload a file and no more. If it involves changing anything he's out.
