I can understand why folks get freaked out when they all of a sudden find
out that they've inadvertently started downloading an exe file when they
were expecting bare titties and butts. I did too. But since I've used FF for
several years now, and have more files stored there than I care to mention,
I downloaded that exe file to examine it. Not a single thing came up within
my virus program, 2 malware prevention programs, nor Windows 7 defender.
It's a standalone, one use only exe file, that's neither a "manager", nor
accelerator, that FF, as several other filehosts have done, been added
to their download pages for the sole purpose of getting money from the
weasels that created this thing. This thing isn't a virus, or malware. It
is however a waste of time. As with virtually any file host you run across,
there's 3 levels of downloading. As an anonymous user, a free member,
and as a premium member. It's not a bad idea to become a member of
any file host that you're trying to download from, because the perks of
not being anonymous, pays off in less wait times, faster downloads, and
open download slots, when they're trying to drum up more business. If you're
leery of giving your email address to some file host, then go and make up
an extra one at Yahoo or something to use. Sure......being a premium
member is best for the fastest speed on any filehost, but just having an
account, helps alot in more than one way
