Does the top of the BBWs folder look basically like this?

If your screen does basically look like that, then
you can make a new post to the folder simply by
clicking on the medium-sized
blue button, one-quarter of the way down my .gif on the
left side of the screen labelled "
Post Reply".
Post Reply actually means: "reply to the
thread or folder of the page you are at".

If you wish to reply to a specific post in the thread, then you click on the blue button labelled "
Quote" near the
bottom-right corner of every post, like the post in my .gif.

Oh, and remember to click on the "Thanks" button of any posts you appreciate or like--it is near the "Quote" button. If you don't thank people, they wil not bother to reply to you when you have questions or participate.
