I am having a difficult time as well.
It would be helpful if the OP told us where he got the photo. It looks like it is a photo of a photograph with the white border. The outermost black border looks like something from a photo book. And the white border appears to be raised above the black border. Take a look. The first one is where I am focusing on. The second is the same pic without the red box

The white border looks raised to me. And the black background is textured like paper, like a photo book. Where I have the red box there is a slight shadow where it is just black and not textured. Another reason to believe it is a picture of a photograph.
There also appears to be a watermark in the bottom right corner. Or it could be part of the set. Too small to tell.
