You do have to wonder about that video,All it shows is children being doused with water,None of Them seem to be in any distress,Certainly nothing like in previous attacks.The footage showing bloodstained children rent by shrapnel and shell splinters is far more harrowing,Yet no one cares enough to risk war over that.
