For me it really depends on the model. I don't think that schoolgirl or cheerleader uniforms look good on mature models, but rather that they can be good with younger models.
I like teacher/secretary outfits for mature models, as I find that such outfits tend to emphasize their mature beauty.
I like the idea of the nun outfit, but I can't say that I like the way I've seen it used in porn or erotica. All too often it's the ugly latex versions, and it's probably also because I haven't seen any of my favorites in nun outfits.
One that I personally like is pretty simple. I like long elegant gloves and matching stockings, like these ones:

It's probably also the overall classy look that I like and associate with such gloves, as I really like the look of models dressed up as rich ladies or as if they are on their way to some distinguished event.
