I don't have a great deal of information, but here's what I know. This will also give me a chance to correct some incorrect dates and misspellings I had in earlier postings:

P*nth**se ran the Baby Breese (real name: Lindsay Freeman) pictorial in January 1976 (under the title "Free as a Breese"). At the time Bob Guccione thought he would be "cute", and deliberately used the accompanying text to imply that "Baby Breese" was an underage girl (she wasn't; more on that below). Over the next few months, as the magazine received a huge volume of mail about the girl, Guccione continued the charade, going so far as to have a contest to guess her age.

All of this was occurring around the time that the infamous Guccione/Larry Flynt feud was really starting to heat up. Flynt seized the opportunity to ridicule Guccione, saying that they both knew damned well that "Baby Breese" was in fact an adult, waif-like model. Eventually Flynt even hired the model to pose for Hustler, in order to put the nail in the whole "underage" game. Her pictorial apparently ran in October of 1976.

In the following decades (even to this day) anti-pedophilia groups often held up "Baby Breese" as an example of the porn industry's misdeeds in the area. Less well-informed crusaders still seem to think that Baby Breese was in fact underage, in spite of the considerable evidence to the contrary. Others, while acknowledging that the model was an adult, still damn Guccione and hold him up as an example of how the porn business encourages their audience to fantasize about young girls.

As DTravel mentions, though, another aspect that has kept "Baby Breese" in the public eye, over the years, is that many people misidentify her pics as being a photo shoot of Linda Blair. Given the fact that the P*nth**se pictorial came out in early '76, though, at the time Blair would have been, at the latest, seventeen years old.

Also, as I've mentioned before, even at that age Ms. Blair had already developed a rather, er, healthy body (there were, for example, rumors that during the filming of Airport '75 the wardrobe department had to strap down Blair's chest to preserve the illusion of her character being a younger girl). As amusing as it sounds (or sad for Lindsay Freeman, depending on how you look at it), even a younger Linda Blair wouldn't have been as flat-chested as "Baby Breese".

Still, many correctly point out that the two young ladies did have a certain facial resemblance. Much of it was smoke and mirrors, though, simply the result of the lighting, makeup choice, etc. She didn't look nearly as much like Blair in the Hustler pictorial, for instance. When later appearing in softcore comedies and such, she didn't look like Ms. Blair at all:

Eventually Lindsay Freeman began performing under the name Alexandra Day, at which point she went blonde and apparently picked up a set of implants. At that point no one would have ever suspected that she was once thought of as a Linda Blair lookalike:

Freeman/Day's last credit, that I know of, is a 1992 video called Super Leg-ends. Some sources have it listed as a hardcore film. I can't verify this, although it is worth noting that other castmembers listed to be in the film are regular hardcore porn performers: Tiffany Storm, Misty Rain, Bunny Bleu, etc.

Lindsay Freeman does have her own thread here at VEF, which includes postings and links to her entire P*nth**se pictorial:
