Jane Hill (born 10 June 1969) is a British newsreader working for the BBC. She is one of the main presenters on the BBC News Channel, the corporation's 24-hour rolling news service, and is a relief anchor for the BBC News at One, as well as regularly presenting the BBC Weekend News. She also occasionally presents The World Tonight on BBC Radio 4. In her spare time, Hill is a keen supporter of the arts, and enjoys food and wine - as well as swimming, going to the gym, and The Archers. She lives in North London with her lesbian partner Sara Shepherd, a camera operator, and they are planning a civil partnership.
