I can confirm Mario Costa as an alias of
Serge Jacques (in fact, Mario A. Costa). I own several slides holder sleeves that belonged to him (I got them empty, alas!), but they still show the following names, written or printed on stickers:
Mario A. Costa
Cayrol Stevens
T. B. Classique
A. Bergman
Just Marr
Sarah Joyce
My opinion is that the stickers were a reminder putted there to record under which alias the pictures have been sold, as it certainly was a must given the nearly innumerable list of akas used by Serge Jacques during his career.
So, I am pretty sure we can add the above names to the list, just noting that Sarah Joyce has also been used by Jacques' wife Claudie Pellerin, during the time she worked for his production as a photographer.
