If you're referring to "Eve's Beach Fantasy", I believe it was originally shot as "Forbidden" by Sin City and then re-cut to softcore and released again as EBF.
If you read the scene breakdown and the reviews, the films appear to be identical, with the exception of the missing hardcore action:

However, my attempts to track down this movie for purchase, download, etc. have been unsuccessful, partly because there are too many movies out there titled "Forbidden" which are wrongly labelled as this title, and partly because it's just rare, I think.
However, as a hardcore (pun intended)
April Adams fan, I would love to find this title too! I actually first discovered April Adams through "Eve's Beach Fantasy", and was ecstatic when I learned she was a hardcore starlet (something about her in "Eve" just gave that vibe). So even though I've now seen plenty of her work in hardcore, finding the HC version of "Forbidden" has become one of my "Holy Grails", so to speak.
