I'd love to use Linux if only Ardour were as efficient as "normal" daws like Ableton, Logic, Protools or Cubase. Plus, the downside with Linux for music producers is the lack of compatibility with hardwares such as audio interfaces. Mines for example are not supported by any Linux distribution.
