Excellent thread.

I agree with the tone of many of the previous posts. Porn stars, lads' mag / p*ge 3 models / P***boy centrefolds etc, are all adults who've produced their images and / or video willingly, knowing exactly what effect it will have on the viewer, and what it will be used for. As someone else has said, it's actually a tribute to the high standard of their work that we're still turned on by it all these years later. This is true whether the models are no longer living, or are still alive, but no longer working in the industry.

Surely the whole point of a model agreeing to have her youthful physique immortalised, in stills or on video, is precisely so that we can enjoy it in years to come (so to speak).

I'm friends on a networking site with a former p*ge 3 girl who really appreciates the attention from fans, and likes the fact that her images are still admired by devotees, many years after she posed for them.

In the case of models who are no longer living, we can still see the images the same way, regardless of what happened to the model. I don't know many blokes who don't find Marilyn Monroe a turn-on, nearly 50 years after her death!
