No Doubt about = it is
Romania , with hand held ' Professional ' signs
saying 4 kids to feed , no money etc
They have that light brown Romany look
and in the early morning , today , at 6.30am , I was in the Bus and saw them being off loaded from a Van , and walking to their patch ( and one genuine ' British ' one was sleeping in a Shop Alcove entrance - )
and with a full blanket
( how you sleep at 7am in bright sun , I don't know )
