Looks like a photo shoot to my eye. Probably late 80s or early 90s by the looks of her shorter hairdo. She ditched the bottle blond look and lost a bit of weight by the turn of the decade. By the 90s, she was pretty much only doing BDSM fare and then she disappeared entirely. Possibly one of the finest backsides of the era.
